Determination of Commissioners, President Director, and Telkomsel Network Director
SEAToday.com, Jakarta-PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom Indonesia) and Singapore Telecommunications Ltd. (Singtel), as shareholders of PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel), appointed Sarwoto Atmosutarno as Commissioner to replace Nanang Pamuji Mugasejati. This decision is effective as of December 1, 2023.
Apart from that, Telkom Indonesia and Singtel also appointed Nugroho as the Main Director replacing
Hendri Mulya Syam, and Indra Mardiatna as Network Director replacing Nugroho. This decision is
effective as of December 8, 2023.
Thus, the current composition of Telkomsel Commissioners is as follows:
● Main Commissioner: Wishnutama Kusubandio
● Commissioner : Heri Supriadi
● Commissioner : Yose Rizal
● Commissioner : Sarwoto Atmosutarno
● Commissioner : Yuen Kuan Moon
● Commissioner : Anna Yip
Meanwhile, the complete composition of the Telkomsel Board of Directors is:

● Director of Finance and Risk Management: Mohamad Ramzy
● Director of Sales : Adiwinahyu Basuki Sigit
● Director of Network : Indra Mardiatna
● Director of Planning and Transformation : Wong Soon Nam

● Director of Human Capital Management : R. Muharam Perbawamukti
The appointment of the new composition of Commissioners and Directors of Telkomsel is in
