Govt. Offers Strategic Partnership with Abu Dhabi Airport for Kertajati Airport Development
SEAToday.com, Abu Dhabi - Indonesian Minister of Transportation, Budi Karya Sumadi, offered Abu Dhabi Airports to become a strategic partner in the development of West Java International Airport (BIJB) Kertajati.
Minister Budi revealed this during his working visit to Abu Dhabi on Saturday (11/25) local time. He met with Suhail Mohammed Al Mazroei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Sheikh Mohammed, Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi Airports.
During the meeting, Minister Budi proposed cooperation opportunities between Indonesian and UAE airlines to establish a joint venture company in the domestic aviation market. Minister Suhail also expressed his interest in investing and cooperating with Indonesia in the fields of land, sea, air, and rail transportation.
