Know the 3 Leadership Models and Their Meanings

Leadership is synonymous with a person's nature and character. Leadership has an important role in schools, offices, government, and others.
In organizations or governments, there are 4 leadership models which we will explain as follows:
Charismatic leadership
This leadership is usually known as leadership that comes from God's grace. Charismatic leadership is an example of a leader who has extraordinary abilities, strong attraction, and a strong emotional attraction from the people he leads to his leader. Charismatic leaders include Bung Karno, Anwar Sadat, and Mahamat Gandhi.
Transactional leadership
Transactional leadership is a leader who usually carries out mutualistic or mutually beneficial transactions between the leader and his subordinates. Transactional leaders also control subordinates by using power and have the right to give rewards and punishments.
Transformational leadership
This leadership model is the most popular. This leadership model is widely used by international organizations to manage relationships between leaders and followers. In this case, it is used to emphasize attention, communication, trust, respect, and risk.

- Credible, meaning that a transformational model leader has consistent characteristics and high commitment.
- Creation Opportunities, meaning that leaders must be able to create opportunities for other people to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Caring is a leader who can provide concern for other people so that his subordinates feel recognized by the organization
- Communication, have good communication skills.
