Charismatic leadership

This leadership is usually known as leadership that comes from God's grace. Transactional leadership

Transformational leadership

This leadership model is the most popular. This leadership model is widely used by international organizations to manage relationships between leaders and followers. In this case, it is used to emphasize attention, communication, trust, respect, and risk.

Credible, meaning that a transformational model leader has consistent characteristics and high commitment.
Creation Opportunities, meaning that leaders must be able to create opportunities for other people to improve their skills and knowledge.
Caring is a leader who can provide concern for other people so that his subordinates feel recognized by the organization
Communication, have good communication skills.
