Antam Gold Prices Experience Slight Drop Today, 18 September 2024

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - The gold sold by PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) has seen a slight decline in price on Wednesday (9/18/2024). The price per gram of Antam gold is set at Rp 1,440,000.

This marks a decrease of Rp 4,000 compared to the previous day’s rate of Rp 1,444,000 per gram, making it a bit more affordable for buyers today. The buyback price has also seen a small drop, with the price set at Rp 1,296,000 per gram, reflecting a decrease of Rp 2,000 from yesterday’s rate.

Antam offers gold in various sizes, ranging from 0.5 grams to 1,000 grams. For customers with a taxpayer identification number (NPWP), there is a reduced tax rate of 0.45%, which could benefit those making larger purchases.

However, as of 8:30 AM WIB, most gold pieces were already available for purchase. International gold prices have also shown slight fluctuations. On Tuesday, global gold prices dropped due to a stronger dollar and increasing U.S. treasury yields. Spot gold decreased by 0.2% to USD 1,920.50 per ounce.
