SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) merilis pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia tumbuh sebesar 5,05 persen secara kumulatif sepanjang 2023. Hal ini diumumkan Plt. Kepala BPS Amalia Adininggar Widyasanti dalam konferensi pers di Jakarta, Senin (5/2).
Lebih lanjut, Amalia menjelaskan seluruh lapangan usaha tumbuh positif pada 2023, dimana kontribusi terbesar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi adalah industri pengolahan, perdagangan, pertanian, pertambangan, dan konstruksi. Sementara itu, lapangan usaha dengan pertumbuhan kumulatif tertinggi yaitu transportasi dan pergudangan yang tumbuh 13,96 persen. Kemudian disusul oleh jasa lainnya sebesar 10,52 persen beserta akomodasi, makanan, dan minuman 10,01 persen.
Diketahui, pertumbuhan ketiga lapangan usaha tersebut didorong oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya peningkatan mobilitas masyarakat, seperti penyelenggaraan kegiatan internasional seperti Piala Dunia U-18, pertemuan KTT ASEAN, dan MotoGP Mandalika, serta persiapan pemilihan umum (pemilu).
