Menteri Teten Masduki: TikTok Masih Langgar Aturan di Indonesia!

SEAToday.com, Jakarta-Menteri Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) Teten Masduki menegaskan bahwa TikTok masih belum mematuhi peraturan di Indonesia.
Meskipun sudah menggandeng Tokopedia untuk transaksi perdagangan, TikTok masih menggabungkan layanan media sosial dengan TikTok Shop sebagai layanan transaksi pasar digital. "Coba Anda beli di TikTok Shop, pasti bukan ke Tokopedia transaksinya, tapi ke TikTok Shop. Itu completely melanggar," ujarnya.
Menteri Teten juga menegaskan, "Hal utama yang harus diatur adalah pemisahan yang jelas antara TikTok sebagai media sosial dan TikTok Shop (sebagai platform e-commerce)."
Sebagaimana diketahui, dalam Pasal 21 Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Nomor 31 tahun 2023 disebutkan bahwa Penyelenggara Perdagangan Melalui Sistem Elektronik (PPMSE) dengan model bisnis social-commerce dilarang memfasilitasi transaksi pembayaran pada sistem elektroniknya. (GHINA/DKD)
